  • Nice Two Bedroom - Two Full Bath Condo on First Floor. Tiled Kitchen and Baths - Large Flat Screen TV in Den and in Both Bedrooms. New Bedding King in Master BR - Two Queens in Guest BR - Queen Sofa Sleeper. Free in-unit Wi-Fi Internet.
    Newly painted and new furniture. Nearer to pool and beach. New Keurig coffee maker. Washer/Dryer is on the patio. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

    This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

    Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
