There was not enough lighting outside... that should be improved... other then that we enjoyed the weight room , sauna ... everything ! And the umbrella and chairs were wonderful! We ate out out at AJs bar and grill and enjoyed the music and gift shops at Harbor walk village.We can’t wait to come back next year

The property and the people working there are excellent. The beach service people are exceptional too! What we were disappointed in was the unit. There was no internet, TVs that were not working, plugs that didn't work, games without pieces, and kitchen supplies were old and minimal. The unit needs updating. We will be back but will look for a different unit.

Great stay - Some changes needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had plenty of room and was stocked well. The kitchen had all you would need to make meals! The balcony was a great view and it had great patio furniture. The room is very convenient as it is on the second floor and right by the stairwell. It is very close to the beach so the walk is easy! We loved that the condo came with its own umbrella set up! A few issues we had was the shower curtain needed to be changed as it had mildew, the floors were still dirty when we got there (we had brown feet after walking around), and the ice maker did not work. Do not rely on the ice maker for ice! The dishwasher made all of the dishes have a fishy smell. The air is either on a timer or controlled by someone outside of the condo so it kept reverting back to high temps and it would be uncomfortably hot. Overall, we had a great stay and would rent this unit again!

Had to put pots in front closet to catch water leak from AC. Had to put towels down in dining area because of the rain coming through the windows. We could not use our balcony because of the construction. This unit should not have been available to rent. We knew there was construction but had no idea it was so bad.

Reviewer Comments: I am one who never leaves bad reviews or even complains about a condo at the beach because hey, I am at the beach, but I feel there are some things that need to be brought to your attention. The first thing that we saw upon entering the room was some horribly nasty dried up blood looking substance under the couch, all of the trash under the beds, the bathtub was practically black, and after taking two steps on the floor with our bare feet the bottoms of our feet were solid black. We also spilled a drink and cleaned it up with a paper towel and the paper towel was completely black as well. These were things I thought we could look over seeing as how we spend more time outside the room, but the final straw was all of the cockroaches we had to kill during our stay. I understand things happen but we spent $2,300 and drove 10 hours for a lovely vacation and we were uneasy the entire time we were in the room because we were having to kill cockroaches.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Sunday. I think this is the 4th time we have stayed at Shoreline Towers. The property was not very clean. There was still sand on the tiles floor. The trash can was dirty with stuff running down the sides. There was dust on the furniture. One of the blinds in the living room were on the floor. The master toothbrush holder was dirty. The management was responsive when we were able to contact them on Monday and sent in a cleaner. They replaced the trashcan. they sent in a team to hang a new blind, but they left the plaster dust on the floor. During the visit a pest control company sprayed and left their spray can in the condo. There was a problem with the living room TV. We could not get it to show local TV shows. The owners need to leave some sort of directions. Overall, we were not very impressed. This was not like the past year's visits.
