The condo was very clean and located in a nice part of Destin. Restaurants, walmart and the Harbor is close and easy to get to. The closest beach is about a 6 minute walk but we didn't care much for it so we chose to walk to the beach that was 0.5 miles away and it was very nice. There are beach chairs and a wagon in condo to use if needed, we took are own so didn't need them. The description of property states that water is across the street which it is but you can't see it due to houses being on each side of the property. It also has washer/dryer listed as an amenity but its NOT in unit. I messaged the owner through vrbo app twice to ask where it was and didn' get a reply so i just happened to open a door outside on the way to parking lot and found washer n dryer which you could use for a fee. Another amenity listed is that towels are provided which they are but only five! There was three of us and we stayed 6 days and had to go buy towels,wash clothes and toilet paper because there was only 1 roll for a week! If you like a firm mattress you might sleep ok the mattress is hard and the pull out sofa bed doesn't have much of a pad to sleep on. If flying double check what airport you are flying in to. The description of condo states the airport is a 6 minute drive. We didn't realize there were 2 airports in destin, we flew into destin/ fort walton beach and its a 30 minute drive.
