The Palms of Destin 11216 is a newly updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort Conference Center is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, new fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

The condo offers an open concept living and dining area as well as an inviting balcony with views from the top floor of the East Tower. You’ll enjoy a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and flat-screen TVs throughout the condo.

Spring Break 2022 Family Vacay

Everything you need in one location. If you like a place where you can come to the beach & never leave once you get to the hotel, this place is for you. Comfortable, nice rooms, restaurant, gym, bar, fabulous pool and shuttle to local beaches. Keep in mind, the shuttle has limited pick up and drop off times but you can drive just as easy or better..if going to the beach is your thing. We enjoyed our stay at The Palms & this room had a great view of the ocean, just not very close. We would stay again.

Great stay, have to go to Costco and easily upgrade all 3 TVs. Cords everywhere, super small have to be 10 years old. Kitchen was great, everything else nice. A good distance from beach did not feel it was communicated effectively on the website. Great coffee and bar options downstairs and incredible pickleball court outside!!!

Key-Code in hand please….

We arrived at midnight after driving from Orlando ESPN UCA INTERNATIONAL CHEER COMPETITION. We had communicated with the host and was told the key code for the Condo would be in our pkg when we arrived. We book through Verbo ALL the time, my husband and I are retired and vacation 7 months out of the year. I question this, because we have always had the code before we arrive. We were assured it was in the pkg and it wasn’t. The Security Person was very kind and helpful. The process to get the code, park and get to the door was another hour. With 3 tired children it was frustrating. After getting settled in, the Condo was beautiful with a great view. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer area close to the beach. Would I stay again? Absolutely, but next time key-code in my hand before we reach destination.
