"Our Jr. Suite was tidy, kept clean, and was spacious for the price paid. The only things I would complain about is the hardness of the beds and the "eco friendly" / "low flow" toilets. On our final night then smart tv was giving some issues. Parking spaces seemed kind of tight, use caution if driving a large vehicle. The cafe was open daily for Continental Breakfast but the choices remained the same everyday albeit it was included with the stay. It also has a "easy" access to walk right on the beach, down a sand dune. Lots of local shops and restaurants were very close by. "

"The room was very clean and the view was great but the beds were like sleeping on a piece of plywood (seriously!). My husband and I did not sleep, which made for very long days with 3 little kids! The hot tub was not working during our stay, which was disappointing and our TV was not working for the first 1.5 daysz Normally I wouldn’t care being at the beach but it was 50 degrees and crazy windy so limited outdoor activities. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay again solely due to the terrible beds. "

"Easy acess to rhe beach and affordable but my bed s.elled like urine. I reported it to the front desk. The stagg were friendly but the hotel needs to be renovated. "

"Breakfast was limited, no eggs, but sausage patties, very odd and no longer doing waffles or pancakes. The coffee was too watered down. In middle of day the coffee was cold and there was no hot water for tea. The staff should be checking these things. They need creamers by the coffee during the day and evenings. No creamers in the rooms. The kitchen had mismatched utensils in the room with 3 spoons and 4 knives and 4 forms. The chair in the room had holes in it, but otherwise the room was clean. My dog enjoyed the stay as well. Beds were comfortable."

"I took my 3 kids for a few days over spring break. It was an easy and beautiful path up to the beach. The indoor pool and indoor hot tub was a life saver as it was too cold to do anything else outside most of the time we were there. The front desk staff were super nice and the hotel continental breakfast was so convenient. "

"It has a small Continental breakfast, at 5pm they put out free cookies and popcorn on a first come first serve basis. The pool is nice and they have plenty of family friendly activities. Also walking distance to the beach. Definitely would go again."

"The hotel is a bit dated and does not have many amenities, but you can get free passes to the YMCA, the breakfast was good, and most importantly it is on the beach. For the low price, it was a good deal."

"My family loved the space and the outdoor balcony. The view is over a somewhat busy road. Beach access was easy. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family. Was centrally located for all the activities on OBX. Would recommend. "
