I was given a room upgrade on arrival, the breakfast host greeted me by name, the Club lounge team were incredibly accommodating, the pool and spa staff were always friendly and helpful, the list goes on. Nothing was too much and I was shown flexibility and courtesy at all times - the whole service felt really personal. The food was incredible - a vast buffet of very high quality, and the afternoon tea was wonderful too. The beach, though small, was well maintained and the free kayaking was a lovely addition. Thank you Intercontinental Doha Beach & Spa - I will be back! "
