"お部屋は新しく綺麗でリファのドライヤーやアメニティが揃っていたり、たくさんお部屋にタオルを置いて頂けたのは嬉しかったです。ただ、細かいことを言うと…エアコンのフィルターの汚れが目につくほど汚れていたり、生乾き臭がしました。部屋の露天風呂も良かったのですが、蜘蛛の巣が至る所にあって気になりました。あと、フロントの方が英語が全く話せなかったようで、海外の方が訳も分からず不安そうに受付をしているのを見受けられました。インバウンド向けにもう少し語学の勉強をされた方がよいかと思いました。"

"We were very happy that the hotel offer very yummy mini cakes for celebrating the birthday. The location is perfect and quite near the JR and MEITETSU stations. I could save lots of time and easy to find nice restaurants nearby. When I visit Nagoya, I would stay in this hotel. The breakfast was very nice and value for money. "
