"Todo estuvo genial! nos encanto el entorno, las instalaciones, todo estaba muy equipado y preparado para grandes grupos y eso hace que la experiencia sea completa ya que el sitio es de ensueño. Me gustaría destacar es la profesionalidad y discreción de Marga (la gobernanta de la finca), una señora tolerante, educada y respetuosa y por poner alguna pega los trabajadores que se encargan de los jardines y huerto no paran de aparecer y es difícil tener intimidad con ellos ya que estaban allí a todas...

"Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

"The resort is in a very quiet area. They could have a small shop for essentials. There was a pool bar but unfortunately it was closed. The cleaners were hit and miss not their fault, but meant we had no cleaning and the bin not emptied. There was no facility to empty the bin ourselves. The rooms were dated and could do with some sprucing up.
No information on what was around. Handy for the beach."

"Check in was ok, not terrible and not good.
Hotel was in okay shape, a litte dirty.
Pool was cool, no towels, no services at the pool either.
Parking on site is very misleading, there are maybe 7 stalls in front, (ALL Full the entire time) no other options for parking, except paid $$ cost us $16€.
Room had a broken front window, very noisy, could hear people outside, clearly.
Room was clean.
Temperature was difficult to moderate, room was overly warm, air conditioning not working properly....

"El microondas no funcionaba, la luz del baño parpadeaba, la televisión antigua sin internet. El frigorífico le faltaba la bandeja de la puerta. El congelador tenía rotos los cajones.
El microondas lo cambiaron rápidamente en cuanto di la incidencia."
