The room was a very good size - a little outdated and reminded me of something from the 1970s, but it was nice and everyone was very helpful. Nothing wrong with Milano Tourist Rest - but don't expect a 5 star hotel! It does have a character of its own from glorious days of the past. Just use a little imagination."

"A notre arrivée, l'hôtelier nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom, qu'il venait de racheter cet hôtel et que pour pouvoir y dormir, il fallait annuler notre réservation auprès d'hotel.com (ce qui était impossible sans perdre les 60 € déjà payés car il nous demandait une annulation pour le jour même) et qu'ensuite, il fallait le payer en espèces le prix de la chambre (environ 45 €).
