"When we walked thru the front door ,the first thing my partner and I thought was how much it made you feel at home.We enjoyed the deck with the view of the water. It was well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. The home was very clean however the only thing , which wouldn't be a problem for some but my partner has copd and he had noticed that the cleaner that was used, possibly Mr. Clean was causing problems for his breathing while he tried to sleep.Overall thumbs up and thanks to the owners...

With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. "Two couples stayed in this lovely cottage while attending a family wedding on Lake Annis, just 5 or so miles away. It was perfect: lovely location right on the water, no other houses nearby, and the house itself was spotless! the hosts were easy to communicate with -- very friendly & responsive. If we ever have an occasion to come back to that area of Nova Scotia, this would be the FIRST place we'd want to rent!"
