"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire place felt very dated and had a musty, unpleasant smell throughout. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding was poor quality, with worn pillowcases and visible dirty marks (as shown in my photos). This is simply not an acceptable standard for any hotel. The floors were also dirty, with bits of debris everywhere — I felt I had to keep my shoes on at all times. There were also visible cobwebs around the bed area, which only added to the feeling that the room had not been properly cleaned. Facilities were very limited. There was nowhere to get a hot or cold drink, and the bar was closed, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, the decor was very dark and uninviting, and the lack of cleanliness and basic facilities made for a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made"

"Could not have wanted for a better stay Cleaned to a high standard Staff are extremely helpful Spa was top notch the jamacoozy (how my daughter says it 😀) was as hot as a bath with the best view over the water And the breakfast 😋 again brilliant Thank you all for making our stay amazing"

"Our room was excellent. Lovely view. Very clean. A negative was that the sink was completely blocked in the shower room. The food wasn’t great. The fish and chips came with “wedges” We told the server. The restaurant charged an extra £2.00 for a small bit of cheese on my son’s burger (child’s menu) When our bill was brought to us the server stood over us until we paid instead of giving us time to look through over our bill. "

"We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though, although we didn't use it that looks lovely - outside sauna/hot tub. Would definitely return if we visit Mull again."
