"Breakfast was excellent. Great value and quality There is a lift but you have to go up several sets of steps to get to it. Not great if you have mobility issues or heavy bags The spa was out of service for our stay Location great No parking but some parking locally. "This hotel is very tired, in need of upgrading, rooms were cold and shower was just a trickle. We were on the third floor, and the weather was very windy and wet which we know the hotel can’t do anything about, the weather but had we were in the top floor it was horrendous and there is obviously something wrong with the roof. Which they need to get looked at. Breakfast was buffet but the hot food was cold. Bar man was lovely as was the waiter in the restaurant. There was 5 other rooms in our party and they all complained about the cold rooms."
