Isle of Ulva

Fab modern hotel with a cool vibe.. rooms simple but everything u need & good size…. Staff very helpful when asking for anything… restaurant in room was great

Great property- very helpful and friendly staff . Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area .

We arrived early after an overnight trip with kids. I understand that rooms may not be available but would expect an offer to call me if any rooms became available but even when asked this was deemed impossible. The only option was to pay for early check in. That would have been fine except “early” was 1pm which wasn’t much help. The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty. We all kept our shoes firmly on. Yuk. Finally the building plumbing is so noisy. Felt like I heard toilets, sinks and showers all night. On the plus side the breakfast staff in the restaurant were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was pretty good.
