"This is a great place for stay in Hakone, traditional Japanese onsen house, we ordered the room and board for two nights, and it's a great experience. Both the public and private onsens are great and we have tried both. The location is also quite convenient, could walk to the Kowakidani station, both bus and train. Their hotel service is also great, family style, from the moment you entered, there is no need to wear shoes, because the whole hotel is connected in a way that you could either by bare foot or their sandals."

"Such a beautiful and peaceful place to unwind. The views are amazing, calming and the cherry trees in bloom were the cherry on top of the cake. Walks by the lake with views of Mount Fuji were so peaceful The rooms are comfortable, the bedding of good quality and the toilets are so good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurants served nice good at all three venues. The onsen is the best feature. Beautifully done in a peaceful and mindful setting with a cherry tree that I would look at for hours. Amazing stay and I would definitely stay there again "

"Beautiful location with comfortable beds and a lovely patio based onsen. Shuttle to Gora didn’t run early in the am but a 3 minute taxi was very cost effective. The stairway to gora turned out to be too steep for us. 10/10 would stay again "

"We stayed at this ryokan for 2 days, and we really like it, especial the onsen and the lady was introduce us to the room, and service us the dinner and breakfast, I forgot to ask her name, we like her so much, we hope she have a good health and happy in her life and her job, we will come back to visit her later. The ryokan is old but quite nice, and clean. It is close to the train station, and close to the shopping street. We was enjoy there for the last 2 days in Japan. The food is good, first time in my life have a lot of sashimi like that time, I will keep it in my memory. I hope I can come back to there soon. "
