"the address was the owners property not the property rented leading to confusion when trying to collect keys. Had no contact phone number to help at the time but we got there in the end.Build/road work going on each morning, would have been nice to have been made aware of this . The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Easy parking and a 20/25 minute walk to the cathedral and old town where all the bars and restaurants are situated along the canal. "

"Plane was cancelled due to airport closure, the hotel dealt with me and friends quite quickly and made the whole thing a lot easier. Only down side is no bar or hot food available"
