"Parking, a little far"

"Clean room excellent housekeeping staff. Receptionists very friendly. Good location. Easy to park close by. Only negative was one of the dining room staff. Not friendly very condescending attitude and did as little as possible. Guests in restaurant and dragging furniture rather than lifting like her colleague. Very disturbing to someone with hearing aids. "

"Great place and location to stay. Staff were all helpful and nice. The pool is not heated and at end of day it’s very cold. Got the half board but The greasy buffet food made me sick everyday so stopped eating there. Ask about the added fees for water and drinks before ordering. Be careful with leaving your garments on the balcony. They will fly away from the strong winds in the alley. Which happened to us. They were never recovered. Although the bed was comfortable the pillows were not and made my neck and shoulders stiff up and hurt. The AC and the lighting in the room were great. You need a deposit for the safe in the room and a key card for the lights. Over all, great room, price and location. "

"The online images did not match the actual rooms. Very small rooms, tiny bathroom, no other furniture than beds. No door handle. The only positive was the AC in the room. Will not recommend booking and will not stay there again."

"The property is amazing, larger than it appears in the pictures, but dated and would benefit from a deep maintenance. There was a massive leak during our stay which was worrisome and stressful. The staff was overall helpful.Be mindful with the invoicing: there were 3 occurrences of errors and incorrect charges. No issues on the deposit though. "
