"The staff at receptionist are not friendly. The others is good and the room 311 quite big and have an enough facilities for customer. And others is fine and good."

"room was comfortable but there was no service lift to go to upper floor which is a hassle for me as i have a big luggage with me. the water pressure in the shower was poor. serivce at the cafe d'luaq was also slow. other than that it was a pleasant stay"
