"The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Free parking was important for us. For the indoor pool you can buy a mandatory swimming cap from the reception. The sauna was unfortunately not on but overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location. You can reach the city center by foot or by bus."

"I have just returned from a week's stay in Lara's House and it was a great base for a week of walking by the lake and in the hills.Communication with the host before, during and after my stay was excellent and provided clear instructions for arrival and many suggestions for things to do in the area.The apartment had all the equipment needed for a week of self-catering and the views from the balcony, facing the lake and mountains, made it an incredible place to relax after my days...

"We have enjoyed our stay very much. The communication with Mr. Burger was great and quick. The apartment is of high quality and lovingly furnished and was very clean. From the large terrace you have a great view of the lake. There was also extensive information material about the apartment and the surrounding area as well as basic cooking ingredients (spices, oil)."

The check in was very easy and he was so kind to let us check in earlier cause no other guests was in the apartment the day before. We found the meeting point very easy and Diego explained us everything we wanted to know. He also organized a permission to drive to the flat by car through the historical city center. There is a parking lot right under the flat what was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay we loved the...

"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

A Superb Choice for Visiting Bergamo

"This hotel is well located about 10 minutes from the train station and near to the funicular for the citta alta. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which was an absolute requirement given the heat outside. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so much choice. We had a meal in their roof garden restaurant. Expect to pay more than outside the hotel but the food was amazing and the staff very kind and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Bergamo."
