Historic Hotels in Brunei

A very grand, if somewhat dated interior in this hotel.Huge room overlooking the sea, with an enormous bed big enough for the whole family to share.Very friendly, obliging staff who made us feel very welcome. The only let down was the quality of the food, both in the hotel restaurant and at the poolside.Don't order a steak sandwich!!! Inedible. Beautiful pool however with good service by friendly staff. I would stay at the Empire again.

The room is quite spacious. However, i would rate the cleanliness 8/10 because there are some hair strands on the chair. They did provide toiletries (shampoo + soap only). For the breakfast, im quite disappointed because not tasty as before and not much to choose from the menu.

It's nice and pleasant stay.

The resort was homy and comfy. The pool is just right at our doorstep— its a plus. Food is not pricey and delicious. Will definitely come back.

Very nice and relaxing of the Beach... affordable price considering the location by the beach, grocery shop just beside the hotel and coffee shop just located at the ground floor.

The front desk is amazing and very helpful since my dad is using a wheelchair, they helped alot and very understanding. Polite & helpful
