"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. "decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. "It’s right beside Luzern train station but need to walk a big round from station to the hotel. Everything is comfortable except pillow is rather flat. Realized the housekeeping did not vacuum the room floor as hair of previous day can be seen on the floor. "
