"The property was in a remote village area and was in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant was good, though communication with our wait staff was difficult (she only spoke French). We spoke English, Italian and some Spanish. The rooms had no AC. It was a hot summer this year and it wasn't comfortable at night. Parking was ample and easy."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."
