"Three rooms on 3 different floors. Floor 1, the shower would not turn off. Floor 2, the AC was not dehumidifying the room and was loud. Floor 3, the AC dripped onto the floor all night. Overall it was clean, but the maintenance was lacking."

The kids were coming in after a concert and didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the host was incredibly accommodating and understanding about the late check-in. They also took the time to message me and let me know the kids arrived safely, which meant so much to me. Great communication, kindness, and hospitality from start to finish. Highly recommend!"
