I reported this to Ms. Dwinda Ayu, who responded promptly and arranged for me to be moved to another room without any hassle — her attentiveness was greatly appreciated. On the final evening of my stay, I visited the Executive Lounge, where Ms. Annissa kindly checked in with me and asked for feedback. I shared a few minor comments regarding wear and tear, and she took immediate steps to follow up on them. Great food options too. The hospitality and responsiveness of the team truly stood out. Kempinski offered a warm, comfortable experience — a genuine home away from home. I look forward to returning. "

"I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is close Soekarno-Hatta International airport. The hotel is nice and the hotel staff is friendly. The room and bathroom is clean. However, I am a bit disapointed this morning with the attitude & service of the Porte restaurant staff. "

"Lovely rooms I had , upgraded, my room key packed in after one day annoying but got sorted quickly, breakfast was okay but I travelled alone , so every time I went from my table they kept taking my coffee away, had to keep ordering a new one 😬 but generally it was a nice place "
