"Quite & peaceful area. Close proximity to city & train. Walking distance to river & parks for children. ‘Bayswater Waves’ close by for swimming in the suburb of Bayswater. Loads of room in unit for a family. Mail box needs to be secured into ground & some minor details to wall in corridor needs attention. Front burner on stove needing attention. Overall a lovely place to stay!"
