Hotel Riu Ocho Rios - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"A toilet keep clogging up take forever to get help bathroom sink clogged up waiting for maintenance. Three hours. Food was good but to get things done in the room horrible."

Fisherman's Point Resort
6/10 Okay
"The location was very good and secured also the gift shops, restaurants including Marguritaville, Starbucks and others are just across the street. White sand beach just behind the property. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were manicured but the pool was dirty and unusable. Repairs to the compound and roof were still being repaired from hurricane Melissa damage which is understandable.
The room itself was extremely dated... 1950 or 60's. The sofa was old saggy and soiled.. Tge reception was very kind and gave me a clean sheet to throw over it. I slept on top of the bed because under the cover sheets apperanced stained. Everything could be easily fixed by the owner of the unit. For the one night it was doable. The units are all privately owned and maintained so perhaps a different unit may be more updated."

"Not my kind of thing. I like my villa in the DR. Lifestyle Vacations"

Franklyn D. Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was excellent, made us feel welcomed and always checking in on us to see if we're ok. Shout out to the front desk for upgrading my room so that I didn't have to share bed with my mom. Shout out to the kitchen/dining staff also for making my mom's birthday special ❤️ "

Sago Palm Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Saga Palma Hotel was a great place to stay. I really enjoyed the authentic Jamaican breakfast each morning, and the hospitality from the staff was excellent throughout.
The team were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely good people, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere. They kindly allowed me to store my belongings after checkout so I could explore more of the island, which I really appreciated. They also helped arrange a driver for me to visit my family’s area in Jamaica, which made the experience even more special.
The hotel itself has a lovely rooftop pool and a great overall vibe. Staff were professional, friendly, and made the stay feel easy and comfortable.
Wishing the team continued success — I’d definitely recommend Saga Palma Hotel to anyone visiting Jamaica."

Silver Seas Hotel

"Thanks. Nice stuff. Building needs a lot of tlc"

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. When I noticed my spirits was not replenished the next day I called the desk to be told it is a one time deal. Disappointing but the all-inclusive made that better."
