"Parking was good. We did not eat at the breakfast bar due to time constraints. My only complaint is that the room was too cold and the thermostat would not switch to a higher temperature."

"Check-in was seamless. We were glad to be accommodated, per request, with an assignment to a room in a quiet area on a top floor. All interactions with staff were wonderful. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, and in good condition. Great coffee at breakfast. Our only criticism: The pull-out sofa beds could benefit from a better topper to make the extra sleeping accommodation a little nicer. Our teen, who can usually sleep anywhere, said it was a little rough."
