"This is such a great place to stay while in State College. The hotel is beautiful, it is in the downtown area, it is next to a Target store on one side and a bagel shop on the other side. Breakfasts have lots of choices, there is always coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby. I love staying here."

"The staff who greeted me when I arrived didn't attend to me right away even though they were talking to someone else. That person left and started answering the phone. In my opinion, if the customer is in front of you, you should attend to them first."

"Front desk Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The coffee bar was fantastic. But there was no elevator which was surprising and Bathrooms were dated and had rust stains throughout even in tub. Nice location and property close to PSU. "

"The room was fine, clean, etc. front desk persons were polite and nice. The only issue was the shower. The curtain did not stop any water from leaking out completely soaking the floor. Then we had to use the towels to dry the floor etc. it was a mess and inconvenient to say the least. "
