"Excellent stay. The resort is big and has excellent facilities. From the moment we checked in staff were friendly and very helpful. Even got an upgrade which was amazing, as the terrace views were stunning and the kids had a bigger space to enjoy outdoors. The sports centre is great, the gym has lots of equipment to get a decent workout and it’s never to busy that you can’t get on one of the machines. The football pitch was our main base as our son loves football so it’s great to have this in the hotel and also the games room with the pS games, to lounge for a bit after a good workout on sports centre. Thank you for making this a memorable stay. We would thoroughly recommend it and hope to be back again soon."

"Outstanding hotel. Wonderful service. V level is definitely worth it. Half board is good value if you prefer to stay in the hotel on an evening as tge food is fabulous. The staff are so polite and friendly. A short 10 min walk into the complex of the other Valamar hotels is a great Asia Restaurant. Sunsets are magical. Our breakfast server in the V level Gav…. Was so helpful offering insightful advice on the area. He remembered our food and drink preferences every day. Worth coming back for those attention to detail moments. Number 6 bus very handy to the old town. Hint for British, you can’t buy painkillers over the counter in Dubrovnik they are pharmacy only. Game of thrones tour and Lokrum Island are worth it. "The hotel was lovely. I stayed in April 24 not everywhere was open locally for the season. But i did find some lovely places for eating and drinking. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the bus stop which was then a 10 min crowded bus ride to old town. Not a 10 min walk i had been advised. I was on a city break so didnt use the pool area at the hotel but it looked lovely"
