"This is a beautiful new hotel right on the water! Lovely, comfortable room with beautiful views. Also like the Biggby coffee right in the lobby for breakfast!"

"Room was clean, staff polite. We booked for 2 days, but checked out after the first, as my husband is a cardiac patient and the smoke from the wildfires was debilitating for him. This was explained to the staff and we asked to be credited for the second day. We checked out before 11am. We were told that our room had to be booked by another party before we could receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, that did not happen."

"Easy, friendly check in. We stayed one night, and it was quiet and comfortable. Nearby walkable fast food choices such as McDonald’s, Subway, and Domino’s."

"Very underwhelming. Front desk having inappropriate conversations with a patron, building hot and humid inside. Rooms were okay and probably the best part of the hotel. I’ll never come back here again though."

"Room was very clean and the morning staff was phenomenal. We did have an issue where the afternoon attendant gave our key to another customer but she resolved the issue very quickly and without issue. No atm on site."

"Most hotels now do not service rooms during your stay. Personally don’t need the bed made up- but emptying trash and replacing towels would be appreciated. My room did not have a door hanger sign for me to indicate I wanted it done."

"For starters. We unpacked and hung up our clothes to get settled in. The tv remote was broken in half. Went to the desk and they had to give us a different room. Air conditioning was broken. Window was broken and couldn’t open it. It was I. The 80s at night. Hotter in the room. The floor was disgusting. Dead bugs and food on it. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom were severely stained and looked like they were about to fall. Shower had very little water pressure. For what I paid for 2 nights it...

"The room was very clean and the bathroom was large. However, in the very large bathroom, there was plenty of space for a for a table for toiletries to be put on, but none was provided. The room, also, had no place to hang clothes--not even a hook on the back of the bathroom door. Also, no controls for the heat/AC. We were freezing the last nite of our stay. And wile management was very easy to get ahold of via email and phone, and agreeable about us checking out a day early, I cannot say...

"Bare light bulbs in bath. Shower had dirty mat. Floor not close to looking clean in shower area. Cheap spreads on beds. Was really glad to leave."
