The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"

"On my arrival, I did not found the reception; contacted few people and someone received me in his room and claimed that he is the receptionist. It was in the afternoon but the place was so dark and without electricity. They took me to the bedroom but I could not stand it. Straightaway I told the receptionist to cancel the stay. I have to found another hotel to stay in the last minute. This is the worst experience I ever been. This is worst and deceiving, I do not know how the can put this hotel...
