Breakfast outstanding, large variety food, so glad they added oatmeal too. Delicious! Poor Shuttle services are no longer available from 11pm to 7am. Big problem. Most of my flights leave prior at 6am with checking 2 hours prior, I take a 4am shuttle. I always book Hawthorne because of excellent shuttle service. Now, this is a major problem, you no longer provide the services needed. Also, what happened to your evening happy hour? I am very disappointed in your recent changes but I applaud your excellent staff! "

"Loved this hotel. staff was very friendly upon arrival. Our room seemed to be very clean. We loved that they had both a hot tub and a pool. Our favorite part was that in the evening they offered complementary drinks, popcorn, hotdogs, and dinner all complimentary. Room had heating and cooling and room was comfortable. Wish the tv had better channel options for kids. Would definitely stay here again!"
