"My companion & l stated for 4 nights at the Berbere Palace hotel. We were looking for a relaxing break & the hotel delivered just that. The room was clean & pleasant. Featuring all 5* amenities expected. Slippers, bathrobes, luxury toiletries. There was a coffee machine but we did not use it. The hotel was used mainly by Moroccan tour takers, many American & Japanese people. A lovely mix of nationalities weee present. Breakfast was amazing, during the day the pool was just about empty of guests so we took advantage of this & sunbathed most of the day. Drinks were pretty expensive, but this is often the case in Morocco. Staff were very nice, helpful & polite. The lady on reception ran our boarding cards when it was time to leave & translated the airline website-Thank you. It was a truly relaxing break in a beautiful place. I so want to return. Thank you Berbere Palace. Sjx"

"It was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10. The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating"
