"Clean, tidy, comfortable room. Pros: Large TV, comfortable bed, large, convenient shower. Cons: No closet, only wall-mounted coat hooks, no refrigerator, small safe (it won't fit a tablet). Friendly staff; they held my suitcase for both check-in and check-out."

"Room was decent. Location was good, easy access to metro. Breakfast had a good selection. Building wasn’t very quiet, lots of noise from throughout the building."

"The staff were all so welcoming and helpful; they were the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was my second favorite; lovely extensive buffet with something for everyone. The bar was nice but pretty crowded both nights we went around 4-7 pm; we saw many people unable to get seating and leave each night. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food and service was nice but it was noisy because it is open and directly next to the bar. We stayed in a room with balcony that was lovely. Bed comfy, coffee in room much appreciated, robes and slippers to use, bathroom large and modern. My only one pet peeve for the hotel is that at the bottom of the elevator is a big display of lots of perfumes and it smells really strongly. As a person that is allergic to perfumes it had me sneezing and eyes watering every time I used the elevator."

"Loved the separate toilet and shower and curtain dividers for the master bed and couch pullout. Convenient location. Only thing we didn't like was the low lighting in the room."
