Very clean, comfortable room. Reception was friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. 6 minutes' walk to Port de Choisy station for #7 Metro and T3a and T9 trams.

Value for the money

The hotel's location was pretty good, a bit distant but well-connected with bus, metro, and tram services, making it convenient to explore the city. We were pleased to find some useful services and shopping options also nearby. While the cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better, we felt that the overall value for the price we paid was good. Unfortunately, the windows didn't do an excellent job of blocking out traffic noise, which was a minor downside. Additionally, we were happy that we could check in early, and the staff's helpfulness added a positive touch to our stay.

Compact, clean and on a good transport link

Apart from a long wait to check in - apparently we arrived just as they were cashing up and were left waiting for around 15 minutes with no real understanding of what was going on. Another family arrived five minutes after us and were in a similar position. Anyway after checking in we got our key to a room on the seventh floor with fantastic views. Despite a sign on the window that they could not be opened under any circumstances, our window was swinging free with no way to secure it! apart from street noise it was not a real issue for the first couple of days as the weather was very still. However, on day three the wind whipped up and it kept blowing open. I went to reception who gave me a special key and sent me back to the room - I was then expected to return this immediately in case other people had issues - not what I expected (I thought staff would come up with me) but it got me a few hundred extra steps in! The blackout blind on the window was also an issue as it had been rolled wonky and so I was awake at sunrise with light shining in my eyes! Our room was compact but had everything we needed apart from proper blackout blinds and for the price had what we needed. The real problems started on night four when people were using the smoking deck just past our room in the early hours - I was woken with banging doors and people talking outside several times through the night. On our final evening this happened from around 2100 and reception locked the door.

Very disapointing

I am still waiting for the return of my 150€ caution after checking out nearly a week later. The room was very noisy from the road & tram. I asked to move rooms and was told that it wasn't possible as I'd slept in the bed and I should have requested a room change prior to using the bed. How was I to know the room would be noisy prior to my first night? The staff were plainly not interested as I also pointed out the rowing machine in the gym was unserviceable, the woman in the desk didn't even acknowledge the issue. The equipment provided in the kitchen are absolutely minimal. For an aparthotel that is really poor. The window didn't open correctly, And finally the air conditioning didn't work, the room was always too warm. The positives, lots of transport/grocery options nearby.

Good location,Parking garage, supermarkt, nice kitchenette, the rooms are smaller than what is in the description. TV only in French! And i have met the most rude personnel at the reception desk. She is a dark colored woman with brown weg.. She speaks little English and as soon i asked her to change something she told me she didn't understand! and with very rude way, looks and hand gesture asked me to write that on the translator...i couldn't defend my self or tell her that she can't talk like that with a guest.. Thank god the other woman (originally a Moroccan) was professional and nice enough to listen to my problem and solved it calmly.. I would recommend the hotel. And would go there again. But if i saw this lady again i will certainly give her a piece of my mind
