"Our room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable, big plus for us. Our room was facing the pool area, and close to everything. I have to say I liked our location at Sanoa building. The food was very good indeed, loved the local dishes available on every meal during the day. But for my preferences the only two things missing were : no gourmet or speciality coffee cafeteria (if not included on package I would not have minded paying for superb coffee daily) and no international gin brands on the bar (again, if not included I would have payed for it) not even on display. Beach area well kept, safe, clean, spacious, we had no problems getting our chairs and umbrella, and I liked the beach a lot. Very calm. Pristine water. I liked it better than Punta Cana area. We arrived before 1 pm on Tuesday, quick check in, our room was ready, the gave us our key right away... But when I tried to make a reservation at the theme restaurants I could not get one for none of the days I was staying. All full. And just on had sitting available for 8:30 or 9 pm, which was too late for us. Luckily the buffet area never ran short of great food and variety. At check out they offered a 15% discount on my return, I might take them on that offer. We liked it. If they imported the coffee aspect it would be a perfect experience for me. My daughter loved it, and so did my nanny... None are coffee or gin enthusiasts 😂"

From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the overall quality of our experience was nothing short of perfection.The amenities are world-class, offering everything you could possibly want for a luxury getaway, and the cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely immaculate. Every single corner of this resort is spotless and beautifully maintained.What truly makes this place a paradise, though, is the incredible staff. A massive, special shoutout to Alexis and Alexander! Both of them provided some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were incredibly warm, genuinely friendly, and went completely above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Their exceptional service truly made our trip unforgettable.We had the absolute best time and will definitely come back!!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here!"

"The day I checked in the pool went closed for repairs, it is still closed. They provide the small pool of the next hotel. The repairs of the pool are very badly done. Once done it will bevgreat I am eure. Tha animation group was bad, very vad. It is unnecessary. The place is so good, nature, hotel, staff, food.. the animation group was noisy but inefficient. Not really taking care of guest, taking xare of themselves. So bad."
