"Property location in downtown Hot Springs was GREAT! Walkable to trail, restaurants, coffee shops. Know that this is is not a barrier-free property. You have to climb 25 steps to access. There is a small dumb-waiter that I used for suitcase but, my dog doesn't do steps and I had to carry him up/down. !!"

"Had a very nice short stay here. Three of us ... myself, spouse, and our dog. The place was comfortable, clean, private, and the view was awesome!It was very hot during our stay, but the the AC in the trailer was able to keep up. We didn't test the hot tub. The glamping tent was set up really nice and the beds were comfortable.We would stay here again if the opportunity arises :)"

"It was nearly perfect for me and my husband. The only complaint I have is the very steep stairs to get to the room, which wasn't mentioned until after booking. I have bad knees and it was a little difficult for me. "

"We stayed here on vacation! It was the perfect distance from Custer as our son wrestled Saturday night. The house was very clean and comfortable, felt like we were at home! Nicole was great, and checked in on us! Highly recommend staying here! "

"The house was in a gorgeous and accessible location. There was an enormous yard which was great for the kids to play on.The listing was posted as three bedrooms, however, there are 2 bedrooms and a loft. The house seemed to be under construction and had 2 open spots that the only barrier was insulation. The kitchen utensils were lacking, but there was a coffee pot and coffee available. The house was not cleaned well and the linens were scratchy and poor quality."
