Reflection 37ft RV @EvansCliff w/Hot Tub on Deck, Beautiful Canyon Overlook!

*NEW 2021* We just replaced our faithful Dakota RV with a very nice new bigger RV!

All the fun of RVing without the fuel expense and campground rental. Private spot with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;). The Reflection is the highest point on our property and the views are amazing in all directions.

If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet.

Beautiful view over Hot Brook Canyon.

Queen size bed with bedroom door, Bunk room with double bed/couch and 2 upper bunks. Kitchen dinette also can be used as a bed. Nice size bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Let us know if you would like to have the Hot Tub available.

Coffee pot is a combo Keurig and drip.

AC, stove, frig, WiFi, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc... propane fire pit.

Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets. With over a thousand acre view over the old Edgemont - Hot Springs railroad bed winding through the canyon, with a sprawling valley beyond.

RV is parked in a secluded area in the trees close to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car and well hidden from the main house.

Non-Smoking in the RV, but allowed at the fire-pit for fire safety.

Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs.

It was a wonderful stay. The RV was great with great accommodations. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. We had no problems during our stay. It is located about 5 miles from Hot Springs up a nicely gravel road. We even saw deer from the deck.

Perfect Getaway

Our time at the Reflections RV was great! The location and view is spectacular and we particularly enjoyed star gazing in the evenings. Everything inside and out was immaculate and very comfortable. Thank you, Wade & Patricia, for being great host!

Wonderful Stay!

Reflection property was amazing! The views from the deck are incredible. We really loved the hot tub and fire pit outside. The outdoor space was our favorite! Inside the camper had everything we needed and was also super nice and spacious! We can’t wait to go back :)

Magnificent view!

This spot was amazing and hosts Wade and Patricia should get the status of super duper hosts. We were so thankful for the quiet setting and the view off our deck was amazing. The RV was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous views and relaxing vibe!

The site had an incredible view from the top of a cliff that we just couldn't get enough of. We spent two days relaxing on the deck and soaking it all in listening to the breeze whisper through the pine trees and enjoying every minute of relaxation that we were searching for. This was the perfect getaway!

Wonderful place!

It was a great place to stay, and they had everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and having such privacy was really nice. It is a little drive to get to but to be on top of a mountain and have the privacy that is what you have to do. A beautiful place to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay. Owner quick to answer any questions we had. Was very relaxing. There are other rentals nearby but never heard anyone, very quiet with a great view.

Perfect for out week in the Black Hills

This was perfect for our family week in the Black Hills. The price was less, with a view and privacy you will not find at resorts. Very unique with great amenities. Deck was large and could accommodate our group easily. Everything was clean. Highly recommend!

This rv was just what we needed. The quietness of the outdoors but with all the things. Our favorite feature was the hot tub to sit and look at the stars from the hot tub...was my favorite 😍

Amazing stay!

This is our 3rd time at Evans' Cliffs! It's one of our favorite trips and we truly look forward to coming back year after year. The RV was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The views are beautiful, and hosts Wade & Patricia have gone above and beyond to make this space a wonderful retreat. We will be back again next year!

Surprise getaway for 35th wedding anniversary

We booked this spot for my in laws 35th wedding anniversary and they had a great time! The peaceful location and beautiful views were perfect for their weekend away. The host actually provided a bottle of wine and anniversary card to help celebrate the occasion 💙 So very thoughtful!

Breathtaking view, peaceful, & relaxing

We loved our stay in Reflection! We loved it so much that we made time there, a priority in our daily adventures! We took our time in the mornings having coffee on the deck in the sun and a short dip in the hot tub before getting ready for the day. We made sure to be back before sunset to enjoy the view from the deck. The rv was clean and modern. We will definitely try to get back to Evan's Cliff in the future!

So pretty and clean!

My friend and I went up for a hiking trip and wanted a unique place to stay! Evans cliff was just the place. It’s very clean, the views were amazing, and Wade and Patricia were very friendly! It is a little ways out of Hot Springs but my friend and I were going on the trip to reconnect with nature, so it was just what we needed.

The Reflection at Evans Cliff RV...

This property was absolutely beautiful and clean and inviting! After a long trip it was nice to settle into this paradise! The view from the deck was breathtaking and the hot tub was so relaxing…this property had everything you needed…if you had any issues the hosts were very prompt and helpful. We definitely enjoyed spending our evenings out on the deck cooking and relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day visiting the Black Hills! I definitely recommend this RV …The Reflection

Perfect place

Cozy camper in a beautiful location. The RV has every amenity we could want as a family of 5. The deck with hot tub was a hit; the sky was so clear at night we could see a lot more stars than from the city. Coffee pot included in the RV, we were able to enjoy coffee in the morning on the deck. The view is truly amazing!! Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Recliners in the main room had massage & heat to relax after a long day. The side room offered sleeping area separated by sliding door, for kids, which we appreciated. All in all would stay again! Well maintained and new camper in a gorgeous location.

Highly Recommend!

Property was beautiful, quiet and peaceful! Deck, hot tub, and everything in RV spotlessly clean and well-maintained. RV has everything one would need. Breathtaking views from deck and kitchen/living room rejuvenated our family. Patricia and Wade were very thoughtful and would immediately respond to our questions and requests. Very welcoming to our dogs. Hiked/walked the property and nearby roads. Played disc golf on property. Gorgeous parks and landscape with flowing creek just down the hill. Loved the friendly people and atmosphere in quiet downtown Hot Springs. Dakotamart was a nice nearby grocery store. Lots of little restaurants and shops nearby. Food was great at Two Cows Creamery and Big Time Pizza. Bought buffalo jerky at Black Hills meat Company just down the hill. Took gorgeous scenic drives to everywhere we wanted to go: Cascade Falls, Custer State Park, downtown Keystone, Badlands and Mount Rushmore.
