"The apartments are basic but ok, there are nearly no disturbing noises, restaurant is not interesting, breakfast is not to write home about, swimming pool I can't advise, massage-etc.-studio on the hotel building-site is good, hotel-crew is friendly and helpful, there are good restaurants around the corner (cheap as well as normal-priced), hotel is direct to the beach (some beach-restaurants are ok).
So, it took me a few days to find my way, but then it was ok and I'm looking forward to come...

"The hotel was a little tired but the majority of the staff made up for that in their happy and service centred approach. Beware of the Bumsters! You can't walk anywhere alone once you leave the hotel... they're not aggressive but you are escorted everywhere!
A couple of decent cafe style restaurants locally like the Spanish tapas and woody who sell great coffee. Poco loCo have good music Fridays."

"Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people."

This place is simply awesome!! It has a feel of home versus a hotel, and comfortably embedded in trees with opportunities to see beautiful and hear beautiful bird. We loved the peacock that is there. Another plus is that is strategically located- close to the beach, and shopping areas. Staff is excellent! Managers Patricia and Barnabas are pleasant, professional and helpful. Also the gate keepers Mohamed and Marcel are very helpful.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and did not hesitate to meet my needs. One day I unfortunately left my personal items unsecured including my wallet and passport, the room attendant (Oroline Nyafuny) immediately contacted the house keeping manager (Buba Badjie) who made sure my items were safe, to include all my cash. When I came back there was a note telling me to speak to the security supervisor (Laminators Bajang) who inventoried my items and properly handed them...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bungalow Beach Hotel and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were attentive, always ready to assist with any needs and provided a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. The room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and the space was both modern...
