I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. I even thought we stayed there illegally from how hard to was to get a receipt . Any way they did their best i just assume that their system is need to be reversed "

"On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. "We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quite clean as well as nicely decorated. We were on the top floor so unfortunately there were slats on the windows that blocked a lot of the natural light during the evening but mid day it was still plentiful. Very close to the castle (quite literally across the street) and a 10 or so minute walk to the Bakırcılar çarşısı. Which was great. It’s also very close to the hamam museum and the culinary museum which made placement ideal....
