When we arrived, the receptionist was very cold towards us, they didn’t even take our bags to our room, didn’t even tell us the wifi password nor the time of breakfast, they just gave us our key to go to our room by ourselves, at the same time, I saw a European man which the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming to. Even at checking out, they were very disrespectful and didn't even hang up the phone to take the keys from us. The breakfast was not bad, but there weren’t too much varieties. And the food wasn’t very fresh. The overall rating is a 4/10 from me. Finally, I’d like to mention a cleaner named ms. Fahriye. She was very kind and respectful towards us, me and my family were very fond of her. Thank you ms Fahriye. 💐💐💐

Otel merkezi bir konumda. Personeli gayet güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcılar. Özellikle Mustafa bey içten bir şekilde ilgilendi bizimle, çok memnun kaldık. Açık büfe kahvaltıda hem çeşit çoktu hem de lezzetli ve tazeydi ürünler. Otel temiz ve konforluydu. Her bakımdan memnun kaldığımız bir deneyimdi.

Kahvaltı şefi iyi değildi

Herşey çok güzeldi yalnız kahvaltı şefi gıcık bir insandı . Orayı kendi dükkanı gibi görüyor adeta . İşini iyi yapmayan kafasına göre kahvaltı fiyatı söyleyen biriydi . Otelin yerinde olsam kaliteli birini bulurum onun yerine .

Odada yoğun nem kokusu vardı ve havasızdı. Zemin halifleks olduğu ve konaklama öncesi havalandırılmadığı için ıslak havlu gibi kokuyordu. Tuvalet kapimizin menteşesi bozuktu catlamisti Ce kapı maalesef kapanmıyordu, rahat şekilde tuvalete veya duşa giremedik. Ayrıca konaklamamızın ertesi günü banyomuzda böcek vardı. Hobiyle markasına güvenerek ve puanlara bakarak seçmiştim ama maalesef bir daha tercih etmem. Buna rağmen çakısanlari guleryuzlu ve otel merkezi.

Gece giriş yaptık ve sabah erkenden çıkış yaptık. Oda tozluydu çok yüzeysel bir temizlik yapılmıştı gece personeli de güler yüzlü değildi. Bir novotel standartı otel değildi.
