My husband and I booked this hotel for the second time. It is located in the heart of Gaziantep city, and there are many options to shop, eat, and sightsee, but our two favourite aspects of this hotel are the kind and courteous front staff, and the delicious breakfast.

It was a good stay for us. The location of the hotel is perfect, adjacent to Foram Mall, with in the walkable distance of Castle and museums, with closed Car parking. But the waiting time at reception for check in was quite bit longer and Second day they gave us only one towel and one water bottle though we were 3 in a 2 beds room

The hotel is located very close to multiple bazaars, restaurants, and stores, such as Forum Shopping Center, which is located just a stone throw away. We spent a whole day and night there, but walked everywhere and never needed to get a taxi. The room was clean and pleasant, staffs were all friendly and helpful, and the best thing was the wide variety in buffet style breakfast - everything was fresh and very tasty! A sole traveler, friends, families, or couples, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The were extremely accommodating, the staff was absolutely incredible. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The front desk gentleman I believe his name was haci? Who checked us in and out was beyond helpful and kind. I've stayed in many hotels and he was just an amazing employee and I hope he gets the recognition for it. Great experience from check in to check out. Thank you!

Great stay at Gaziantep

One of my favorite hotels once I reach Gaziantep. Everything is just done the right way except that my first arrival I didn't know that I should ask which room that I prefer, they have just let me stay in a room near the elevator which is not comfortable for me and they refused to change it. Also, most of the staff were not speaking english. The good side was that its a comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast, the location is near the forum mall, the castle with lots of resturants around. The swimming pool is there with small gym.

When we arrived, the receptionist was very cold towards us, they didn’t even take our bags to our room, didn’t even tell us the wifi password nor the time of breakfast, they just gave us our key to go to our room by ourselves, at the same time, I saw a European man which the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming to. Even at checking out, they were very disrespectful and didn't even hang up the phone to take the keys from us. The breakfast was not bad, but there weren’t too much varieties. And the food wasn’t very fresh. The overall rating is a 4/10 from me. Finally, I’d like to mention a cleaner named ms. Fahriye. She was very kind and respectful towards us, me and my family were very fond of her. Thank you ms Fahriye. 💐💐💐
