"The lady at check in was excellent. Amber. Hotels . Com had screwed up our booking and she was wonderful trying to help the situation. Hotels.com did an awful job and she was willing to help us out. She was amazing. Our stay was great. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice from lobby area and outside. Amber made a huge difference in making us feel welcome. "The Staff was very friendly & genuine. Front Desk Employees, Riley & Evelyn were wonderful!! My room was so comfortable, very clean & a pleasant experience. The Breakfast Buffet was very, very nice. It had the expected breakfast food which I feel satisfies most everyone. Plus, had items that would work for food sensitive guests. The Lounge Bartenders were great…friendly, engaging & mixed incredible drinks as well as the typical standards. I highly recommend this Hotel & will be staying there again. "
