"Friendly welcome at check-in. Although I could have parked in the private service road outside the hotel, I paid 15 euros for the covered, locked car park as we had a lot of ski gear on show in the car. The standard room was quiet, comfy bed, bathroom had a good strong shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast on the 9th floor was busy at 8am on Easter Sunday but well stocked. And ithe hotel is only a ten minute walk through the gardens and over the bridge into the town centre (you can get a tram if you wish)."

"This hotel was perfectly nestled in the centre ville of Colmar… it was truly like being in a movie set! The staff were remarkable welcoming us with pleasant attitudes and walking us to our room. We stay on the 3rd floor( yes there is an elevator) and our room was overlooking rooftops of the old town and all the windows opened… the music that played from the Easter Market floated into our room. The room was perfect two twins to make a king size bed, a soaker bathtub and an amazing breakfast included in the morning. We wandered the streets ate at local pubs and took a stroll with the map provided by the staff to the marché couvert. This town is a must do, Easter was an amazing time to go crowded but managemble and all walkable. In the morning after our breakfast we used the FREE electric navette to get to our train station at Gare de Colmar. I would love to come back at Christmas Market time!!! "The thing I really didn’t like was the separate space for thr toilet, the room was really small and you had to move from one side where the toilet is to the other side where the sink room was . Really not nice, but that’s what some hotels do to squeeze as much money as they can.."
