"We had a really great time in Guadeloupe and this house was a perfect home base for our adventures. It was equipped with everything we needed, the parking was easy and the beach was a few steps away. The deck was lovely with a view of the ocean. We generally enjoyed the openness but, as others have said, you should bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper due to the evening noises from bugs, roosters, etc. Bug spray is helpful but the mosquito nets do a great job of keeping bugs away at night.
