"clean and quiet "

"You get what you pay for. Good for the price. A/C works very very good. We had 4 people but they only gave us 2 towels. We would ask again the next day for more but we would have to exchange the old ones for new clean 2 towels "

"for a one night stay, it was ok. it was next to what looked like an abandoned building so it looked a bit iffy. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. there was no fan in the bathroom unfortunately. checking in took a while compared to other hotels we've been in."

"Very clean, open, spacious and loved the decor. Kitchenette was nice and appreciated the pitcher of filtered drinking water. Bed was very comfy with nice linens. The bathroom layout is also great and has separate room for tub/shower. Location worked well and had everything we needed for our short stay. We enjoyed this beautiful studio while visiting Sewanee and will book again!"

"Our stay was a relaxing retreat! A great way to be in the outdoors with comfortable amenities. The tiny home was clean , comfortable and had everything we needed. Wish we had stayed another night. We will be back for a full weekend."
