"We stayed here during MotoGP weekend at Motegi. While the hotel clean and safe, it had extremely dated decor/furniture and a very strange atmosphere. We didn't see anyone else at the hotel the first day, which gave it a very odd haunted feeling. If you are affected by aesthetics/design, you may find this hotel unnerving."

"Very good overall. Clean and comfortable. Good sound insulation. Has plenty of parking spaces. Convenient for those who rent a car. Has a nice laundry room with powder laundry detergent provided. Bed might be a bit too low to sit on for those who have a weak waist, but there was a chair to sit on instead. We enjoyed our stay overall."

"The staff were very flexible and helpful on my frequent reservation changes during my 3 week stay in Japan. Breakfast selection for both Japanese and western style were awesome. Lots of selection for restaurants and izakayas around and supet close to the Utsunomiya Station. I will come back on the next business trip! Thank you!"

"Ultimate relaxation environment! Staff extremely helpful even with language barrier the desk clerks went above and beyond to help us with travel arrangements, taxis, food delivery, and more. The breakfast was incredible with the servers and chefs kindly providing an ultimate Japanese experience. "Great, friendly service. Good level of English, as my level of Japanese is non-existent. Good size free parking and fast WiFi. My perspective of the room was slightly tainted as it was a smoking room/part of the building and I'm a non-smoker, but it was a late booking so that's partly my fault. They did look and see if they could move me on arrival (I didn't push for it, they just asked and then checked), which was nice of them."
