The hotel is really fabulous. Second time there and we’ll return. The room is spacious and magnificent all white clean design. The food vey extremely good and tasty - We had half board deal and the service is beyond percept. We were upgraded to Panoramic rooms - highly Recommend - just 50 meters for the water line. This hotel looks great and has an amazing beach and infinity pool overlooking the beach and the desert mountains. The staff are amazing, and feel they always go beyond to make guests happy.

The welcoming, hospitality and support of the hotel staff was super amazing. I got an upgrade to the room along with a meal as a gift. The accessibility to different areas of the city was great, walking distance to Abdali Boulevard and Abdali Mall.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing! all the people were very helpful and nice. Will definitely come back in our future trips to Amman. Thank you for the wonderful service, it really made our trip comfortable and more enjoyable.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Grand Hyatt Amman. It is placed very central an have af very good safety policy. The rooms were very light and clean, we missed nothing - perhaps more shampoo ; ) The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, so we nearly ate to much. We also had a wonderful meal at lunch in the room (roomservice) and this was this was highly delicious. The employee were helping, where ever they could - this was a very nice expirience : )

Brilliant location and comfortable

I have always had a consistently excellent experience at the Dead Sea Marriott. It has remained my preferred hotel for several years now, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff, from security and the welcoming door personnel to the receptionists and restaurant staff, pool and beach staff, were all exceptionally friendly.
