"Great location, amazing staff"

"Severin was amazing and deserves the full 5 star rating. The staff are attentive and entertaining everyday was something to look forward too. The rooms are cleaned daily and replenished with fresh sheets, towels, soaps and bottled water . Currently it seems like a lot of construction work is taking place in Mombasa so from the moment we left Moi International Airport it’s basically a construction site. "

"With Expedia VIP access i got free late checkout, but nothig else even though they do advertise alot more. The hotel itself was great, very impressive. Very clean and safe. Rooms are great. They offer complimentary airport shuttle to airport which is great. "

"The front desk guy at check-in was wonderful. The staff helped pack our breakfast on the days we went on safari. On the days we had breakfast at the buffet, it was excellent. The location is great. The staff always responded to everything. Dinner at the hotel was fine, and the rooftop is very nice with a happy hour every day."
