"The hotel was conveniently located within Tokyo. It is close to the train station, particularly the JR Yamanote line which hits all of the major city centers. It is also close to shopping & restaurants in Ikebukuro. The hotel is more dated but still elegant and rooms were clean and comfortable. There were several great restaurant and bar options within the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again for future trips! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It was well-equipped with all the essentials and amenities we could possibly need, making our visit very comfortable. The train station was just a short walk—literally only a few steps—from the property, which made commuting very convenient. We also discovered a store similar to Walmart/Target nearby, just around the corner, which was perfect for quick grocery runs. The neighborhood is a good area for shopping, offering a more relaxed atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of crowded city centers. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. "

"The room was excellent, clean, and large (for Japan). The amenities were great, and we really appreciated the easy check-in and check-out kiosks. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked for restaurants and directions. We cannot emphasize enough how amazing it was to be right next to a Donki, 7-11, and the train station (and how quiet the room was despite all this). The restaurants nearby were also amazing! We will be staying here again!"

"Great hotel and garden in Tokyo! Beautiful public spaces, large rooms, and a magical garden complement the courteous and cheerful staff who clearly take great pride in where they work. Highly recommend both the Japanese and Western breakfasts. They were great — and there aren’t many options near the hotel. Only suggestion would be to relocate the Sunday brunch. The room that was used during our stay was large and windowless — and felt a little dark compared to the rest of the property."
