Our 4 days in Tokyo have been amazing. Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, an iconic hotel in the clouds with skyline views and a Japanese garden that is exceptional in every way — a calm, elegant place in the heart of the city. Great service. Clean and spacious room. Great concierge service team that made great last minute reservations in the busiest Japanese year end season when everyone dine out at restaurants. Lovely and best Japanese garden! All restaurants onsite take advantage of garden views/waterfalls. Spa/swimming pool very nice.

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is a magical place. The room we were in was immaculate, the grounds were meticulously manicured and the food was incredible. But what sets this place above, is the people. We have stayed at many high end hotels and resorts across the world and I will say, the staff at Hotel Chinzanso make everyone feel incredibly well taken care of...special...like royalty. This will be the only hotel we stay at when going back to Tokyo.
