"We stayed in the place for two weeks to study for our doctoral licensing exam. It was a lovely place and very easy to work with the property owner though it was quite loud. It's right across from an elementary school where they are playing/screaming all day and the bird population is quite rowdy nearby. You can heard pretty much anything that happens in the unit or next-door but for a true vacation it would not be a problem at all. Very grateful we had the opportunity to stay here!"

The 2-bedroom property is very spacious and has two toilets. One carpark space provided at the building basement. The condition of the property may need some maintenance. Carpet needs steam cleaning.
